Call Board Meeting to Order.
MOTION to accept April 10, 2019 meeting minutes made by Baker/Ebensperger. Motion carried.
Public Works Report: Chris reported that work was continuing at the campground flooding we received a second flooding and are planning a cleanup session in a week. He reported that they had received the GIS system but are waiting to get some training on the software to get started. He also reported that the final work will start on the different RGA Valve on Thursday and we were looking at completion of the project for next month some time.
DISCUSSION on the campground clean up, we have a bunch of volunteers coming next weekend to help with the debris the meeting that Cedar was to have with DNR had been put back again due to schedule conflicts and is scheduled for May 10, 2019 so updates on this will be at the next board meeting.
DISCUSSION on the estimates that were received from three different construction companies were reviewed. Bruce Andrews and Lindus construction were on hand to go over any question that the board might have had. The board wanted to get estimates for steel construction on the building before they went forward to award the contract to anyone, this was tabled until the next board meeting.
MOTION to approve Plan Commission Members Terry Johnson, Beverly Bach, Kathy Dosdall, Roger Spindler, Norm Baker, Kim Lunda by Niebeling/Ebensperger. Motion Carried.
MOTION to Approve Independent Contractor Agreement for Jon Ebensperger by Baker/Johnson. Motion Carried. Niebeling voting No
DISCUSSION on Christmas Lights the board wanted to know an exact number of lights we can put up and how many flag poles we have so this was tabled until the next meeting.
DISCUSSION on putting vinyl down in the village office this was tabled until several more estimates can be obtained for this project.
MOTION to Approve sending Kim Lunda to the Clerks, Treasurers and Finance Officers League of Wisconsin Training on June 5-7 in Eau Claire, WI by Davis/Niebeling Motion Carried. (Note Kim was unable to attend due to having too much work at the time, no rooms were reserved)
MOTION to go into closed session was tabled as we did not need to at this time.
MOTION to Approve bills by Ebensperger/Johnson. Motion carried
