COVID-19 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR BAY CITY, WI

NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUILDING CLOSINGS
ELECTION NOTIFICATIONS

Due to the COVID-19 virus the Village of Bay City has made the decision to close all public buildings to foot traffic. This is in an effort to keep our village employees healthy as it is critical to our infrastructure.

The state of Wisconsin is encouraging all voters to vote absentee ballot. If you are wanting to vote absentee ballot you can call and I will give you instructions on how to go about getting one. You can also email for instructions and I can email you a ballot or one can be sent to you in the mail. If the election is moved back, we will notify of that when the information is available. As of 3/30/2020 the election will go on as scheduled. We will have drive up elections and in person voting with social distancing being required. And no more than 3 people voting in the building at a time. If you are sick in any way shape or form please do not come in the building, we will ask that you vote in your vehicle.

Remember that you can drop your utility bill off at Handy-Mart in bay city and you can mail it to us. (P.O. Box 9, Bay City, WI 54723) we will be in the office but will only be available by appointment. Please call ahead for an appointment. 715-594-3168.

Our office hours will be 8am to 4:30pm until April 1, 2020 then it will go back to 7am to 3:30 pm, the office will be closed but we will be present. We will be available by appointment only and you must call ahead.
