PRESENT: Roger Spindler, Norman Baker, Jon Ebensperger, Terry Johnson, and Kimberly Lunda.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER.
DISCUSSION on how the attorney fees for the Meixner lawsuit is affecting our budget and savings account.
MOTION to move forward with establishing a line of credit for the lawsuit which involves David Meixner by Ebensperger/Baker, motion carried unanimously.
DISCUSSION on Health Insurance for Chris and Kim, the board wanted to wait to see if we could get a few more quotes as the policies went up 10% and 17% on the quotes received.
MOTION to approve an increase in the Trustees salary from $300.00 to $400.00 per year by Johnson/McConnell, motion carried.
DISCUSSION the board went on to discuss the budget and we are not able to increase the budget at all and are restricted by the levy limit so the budget will remain the same as the 2021 budget for the 2022 budget. Time was restricted by the upcoming board meeting. Several decisions that needed to be discussed were moved to the board meeting at 6:30pm
