PRESENT: Jim Turvaville, Norman Baker, Jon Ebensperger Terry Johnson , Roger Spindler, Kimberly Lunda, and Chris Zenner.
This was an informal zoom meeting to discuss some of the issues that are necessary for Dollar General to be built here in Bay City. Most of the information was on vacating two streets on the north side of Highway 35 which were established when Bay City was mapped out. The streets are Maple and Tank Streets. Tank Street has since been changed; this does not affect anything on the south side of Highway 35.
The board agreed that they would like to move forward with the vacating of the streets, this was stated to the Engineer for the Dollar General project Jim Lundberg and the coordinator Todd Platte who were both on the zoom meeting. The board then agreed that the clerk should contact our attorney to get this moving forward.
