PRESENT Norman Baker, Jon Ebensperger, Terry Johnson, Davis Niebeling, Jim Turvaville, Kimberly Lunda, Chris Zenner

CALL BOARD MEETING TO ORDER.

MOTION to accept September 11, 2019 Board Meeting Minutes by Jon Ebensperger and Davis Niebeling.

PUBLIC WORKS Chris Zenner reported they had been working on the Sander and the chain was shot, the sander had been put away by Kirk without being cleaned up. Chris had cleaned it up but was gone to school and while at classes Kirk had used it and did not clean it up before he stored it. Chris was not aware of this, so the sander sustained quite a bit of damage over the summer months. They had to have the grate sandblasted and painted it with a sealant to preserve what was left. Chris reported that Norm and himself had been also working on the snowplow that had been damaged when he was gone to class as well. He reported that the well house heater was still not working. Norm said he would look at that as well. Chris also reported that Energenics was out to work on the warranty work out at the ponds, but nothing had changed, they did not have the right parts with that they needed. Chris told the board that there was an Eagle Scout looking for a project and he suggested that we take out the Volleyball Court that no one uses because it gets flooded and we put in a new basketball court. The board agreed that it would be a good project for the scout.

DISCUSSION on ATV ordinance for Cemetery Road, Mike Celt was at the board meeting and told the board that he was in agreement with the ATV Club of Pierce County that if we did allow the ATV’s to use Cemetery road they could go through his property to get to his bar and he thought that possibly they could use the area along the boulevard to get to Sabes Loft. Larry Johnson was not on hand to talk about what the ATV Club was proposing so this discussion was tabled.
