CALL BOARD MEETING TO ORDER.
MOTION to Accept April 8,15 & 20, 2020 Board Meeting Minutes by Ebensperger/Johnson, motion carried.
DISCUSSION on liquor license reduction because of COVID19 shutdown. Mike Celt and Donnie Sabby were on hand to discuss the reduction due to lack of sales. The board discussed the issue and decided that a reduction of $200 would be appropriate.
MOTION to reduce the price of liquor licenses for Sabes Loft, Mikes Baytown, and Chef Shack by $200.00 by Johnson/Baker, motion carried.
MOTION to approve President Turvaville and Clerk Lunda to sign for the Village of Bay City in the petition to vacate part of Lake Front Blvd by Spindler/Johnson, motion carried.
MOTION to Vacate Part of Lake Front Blvd. in the Village of Bay City, WI. By Baker/Johnson, motion carried.
MOTION to postpone Bay City Days until 2021 canceling the 2020 plans by Ebensperger/Johnson, motion carried.
PUBLIC WORKS: Chris had on hand to bids for repairing the water tower the board approved a portion of the bid but not all of it. Chris also discussed the sidewalk bid and they wanted to see what a bid would be for one more contractor before they approved the bid.
MOTION to approve the repairs that need to be completed for the water tower repairs by Baker/Johnson, motion carried.
DISCUSSION on issues at the campground or boat launch, the board was advised of how many funds that had been paid by boater, the sum was around $3,000. The campground restroom schedule was discussed, the board was made aware of the upcoming construction meetings, dates to be updated as they approach.
MOTION to Approve bills by Ebensperger/Johnson, motion carried.
