Call Board Meeting to Order.
MOTION to accept February 13, 2019 meeting minutes made by Baker/Ebensperger. Motion carried.
Public Works Report: Chris reported that they had problems with the loader and the John Deere Tractor over the past month. Norm Baker had to assist in repairing the Hydraulic Lines on the Cat Loader. Chris reported that Kirk had damaged the storage building while moving snow. Board members reviewed the photos. Estimates were reviewed on the storage building electric and the board approved Matt’s Electric in Ellsworth to run the electric to the building so lights can be put up for safety reasons. Chris informed the board he had to order another load of salt sand and it was brought up by Davis Niebeling that Sabes Loft sidewalk remained unshoveled. The board wanted Chris to contact Mr. Sabby to let him know he had to remove the snow. Maintenance was brought up on the water tower, the railing had to be repaired and the gasket on the water tower needs to be repaired. The board to Chris it was normal maintenance and that he should move forward with the repairs.
DISCUSSION on flooding, it was determined that sand bags were not needed at this point and if they were, we could get them within a day if someone wanted them. They are available at Menards for the same price we would have to pay. The board agreed that the cost would be at the home owners expense.
MOTION to Approve going forward with the IRGA system upgrade by Hohmann/Ebensperger. Motion Carried.
MOTION to Approve sending Chris Zenner and Norm Baker to the 31st Annual Rural Water Conference Niebeling/Hohmann. Motion Carried
MOTION to Approve Cemetery Contract for Jesse Hohmann by Ebensperger/Niebeling. Motion Carried
Closed Session was tabled as we did not need it.
MOTION to pay bills by Niebeling/Ebensperger motion carried.
