CALL BOARD MEETING TO ORDER.

MOTION to Accept May 11, 2022, Board Meeting Minutes by Johnson/Ebensperger, motion carried.

PUBLIC WORKS: Jerry Sprick finished the plumbing at the fish cleaning station, there is water run to it with pecks. The building still needs to be painted and screens need to be put on. The green treated lumber still needs to be stained. Harmon Concrete poured a concrete pad for the station as well. Some of the dirt work must be finished on the new sidewalks, Norm Baker will come down with his skid steer and skim off the ledges in the grass and dirt will be filled in. The ruts at Saratoga Park have been filled in and grass seed has been planted. The electric pedestals have been put in for the new campsites, after Jerry Sprick gets back from vacation, we will be putting in the sewer and water lines for the sites. Chris also reported that the air monitor has been fixed in the lift station. The same guy will come out twice a year to calibrate the air monitor for a minimal cost to the village. The board felt that would be a good idea for him to come and calibrate the monitors. Chris also mentioned that last week the chlorine pump at the pump house quit working, a new one was ordered, and it has been replaced. Kim mentioned that DNR has contacted her about a meeting next month that they will be having a meeting in the campground about the staging area for the dredging. It will be open to the public and the board can attend. They have not a set date yet they will be informing us of the date so that it can be posted.
