GENERAL MEETING, July 13, 2022

PRESENT: Roger Spindler, Norman Baker, Jon Ebensperger, Terry Johnson, Jerry McConnell, Kimberly Lunda, Chris Zenner.

CALL BOARD MEETING TO ORDER.

MOTION to Accept June 8, 2022, Board Meeting Minutes by Johnson/Ebensperger, motion carried.

PUBLIC WORKS: The Fish Cleaning Station is complete some of the people using the station would like to see some sort of a fan put in when it hot and no breeze it would help. Chris reported that some of the bolts in a pit broke off and will need to be replaced. He asked the board for permission to attend the Outdoor Expo in Plover, WI at which he would be able to get college credits for attending. The board approved of the trip.

MOTION to send Chris Zenner to the Outdoor Expo in Plover, WI by Baker/Ebensperger, motion carried.

DISCUSSION on Campground Issues, the board discussed charging of electric vehicles. Some research was completed on the charges and the board decided that they would charge $25.00 for anyone that wanted to charge their vehicle.

MOTION to charge $25.00 for anyone that wants to charge an electric vehicle by Ebensperger/Baker, motion carried.

DISCUSSION continued on Campground Issues, the new construction is almost finished, the discussion then turned to the homeless woman who is camping in the campground. The board wants to ensure that she is paying for staying at the campground. President Spindler said that he would talk to the campground manager about making sure that is paid in advance. Campground Manager position was then discussed with the board stating we need to get the job advertised so that we can start interviews. Jon had given the clerk a job description and several others had some ideas about what the qualifications should be. She told the board that she would put the descriptions together so that they can look at the compilation at the next meeting.

MOTION to approve Resolution 310.8 CMAR Report (Compliance Maintenance Annual Report) by Baker/Johnson, motion carried.

MOTION to approve Operators license for Cassandra Jo Oricchio and Jon Ebensperger by Baker/Johnson, motion carried.

NO MOW MAY WAS TABLED.

MOTION to go into closed session- roll call vote per Wis.Stat 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel (either by phone or in person) who is rendering oral or written advise concerning strategy to be adopted by the board with respect to litigation in which it is involved with David Meixner. Wis.Stat 19.85(1)(f) to consider legal issues on the Campground 19.85(1)(C) To consider employment issues regarding the Campground Attendant Job
