CALL BOARD MEETING TO ORDER.
MOTION to accept December 11, 2019 Board Meeting Minutes by Jon Ebensperger and Davis Niebeling, motion carried.
PUBLIC WORKS Chris reported that they had a cable break on one of the pumps out at the ponds. It caused the actuator to go bad in one of the pumps and it will take 3-4 weeks to get the parts needed. August Winters will be doing the repairs. It was found that the correct parts, that the spec book called for, were not installed and it was not put together correctly nor was it programed correctly from the manufacturer. The specs called for a stainless steal cable to be used and it was just a steel cable. Chris also requested a larger chainsaw, the board agreed that we needed to get a larger chainsaw. The board approved getting a chainsaw.
DISCUSSION on vandalism in the campground. Someone went 4-Wheeling throughout the campground. Driving over the grassy area in the campsites. The board agreed we will be keeping an eye out for this in the future as camera’s will be installed before fishing season opens up.
MOTION to Approve buying Sweatshirts by Ebensperger/Johnson, motion carried.
MOTION to Approve Poll Workers and Chief Inspector. Kathy Huppert/Chief Inspector. Poll Workers Marlene Kern, Sue Rush Harriman, Janelle Fosberg, JoAnn Odden, Jan Spindler, Nancy Turvaville by Johnson/Niebeling motion carried.
MOTION to Approve bills by Ebensperger/Niebeling, motion carried.
