CALL BOARD MEETING TO ORDER.
MOTION to deny Campground Shower and Restroom Bid by Baker/Johnson. Motion Carried Unanimously
MOTION to go into closed session- roll call vote per Wis. Stat 19.85 (l) (g) to confer with legal counsel (either by phone or in person) who is rendering oral or written advise concerning strategy to be adopted by the board with respect to litigation in which it is involved with David Meixner. Also, for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specific public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session-regarding the Bay City Public Campground Rules Update.
MOTION to return to open session -roll call vote completed.
ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION
MOTION that the board agrees to approve a services contract for the purposes of the litigation involving David Meixner in agreeing to allow Cedar Corporation to complete survey work by Ebensperger/Niebeling. Motion carried unanimously.
DISCUSSION on Campground Seniority Issues. The board decided that if the gentleman buys Mike Harris camper that he can keep it there for the rest of the season but after the season he would then have to move the camper off the spot.
MOTION made to go by seniority of the seasonal camper when placing anyone in a seasonal spot that opens either in the lower or upper part of the campground by Ebensperger/Niebeling, motion was carried unanimously.
